July 26th, 2010: First day of practice. All paperwork needs to be turned in and signup fees paid.

July 26th, 2010: Next monthly board meeting, at The Rohnert Park Community Center, 7:30pm to 9:00pm.

Signups: At the practice field at Mountain Shadows School. Every day 5:00pm to 7:30pm.

The playing age of the football player or cheerleader is determined by their age on August 1st of the current year. See the chart below when determining your child’s playing age.
